Join us in creating an energy resilient world for a better future!**Why You Will Love this Job:**The **Territory Manager, Wholesale** will partner with manufacturers’ representatives in designated market. They will champion partnership in training and onboarding new partners, go to market collaboratively to maximize customer support.While this role may be performed remotely, preference will be given to candidates located in or able to support the Eastern U.S. region due to team alignment and client coverage.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Build & maintain relationships with customers within designated territory, optimizing competitive position and maximizing sales opportunities.* Achieve quarterly targets for new branch activations, revenue growth per branch, and customer training sessions delivered.* Work collaboratively with the National Account Manager to execute national account strategies at the branch level, driving activations and sales growth. While the National Account Manager aligns with the Channel Manager to manage and execute trade expenditures, this role focuses on bringing those strategies to life in the field through branch engagement, training, and relationship development.* Perform proactive outbound calls to new and existing locations to introduce the Kohler Generator program, assess interest, and initiate onboarding.* Represent Kohler Generators at trade shows, customer events, and branch-level programs by delivering impactful presentations and educational sessions to promote brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and generate new business opportunities.* Develop a regular cadence of customer visits to establish presence and trust in the market to drive sales conversion and brand loyalty.* Identify and nurture new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.* Work closely with all sales support functions within Kohler including product and channel marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, technical services, credit, and customers to ensure proper alignment of resources to drive efficiency and success.* Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in CRM systems to track progress and inform strategy.# **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree required* 1+ years in a training, sales, or account management role, preferably within the power equipment or energy industries.* Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)* A level of technical aptitude is preferred, technical aptitude in generators not required* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making* Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently* Strong problem-solving and risk anticipation skills* Thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role with minimal day-to-day supervision* Brings high energy and persistence to customer activation efforts.* Travel: Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.*Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.*The Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Rehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.Our Purpose—Creating an energy resilient world for a better future—and Values: Curiosity, Trust, Pace, and Excellence, are important cultural components that shape the way we work and relate to one another.
