This Position reports to: Global Sales Support Specialist
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: hybrid in Senatobia, MS. This role contributes to the Product Group Switches and Fusegear within the Global Sales Support team. While this is a global role, the primary focus will be on the North American markets.
Role scope: support and technical/commercial tasks for local sales organizations and product marketing teams, acting as the main technical contact in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
Supporting our local sales organizations and product marketing teams with technical and commercial tasks while acting as the main technical contact point in the assigned area
Providing advice by answering technical enquiries and requests as well as providing technical support and proposing solutions during technical meetings
Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs
Creating and maintaining prices while using the proper tools according to price policy
Drive continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives relevant to own area of responsibility

Qualifications
A university degree in Electrical Engineering and/or a solid technical background in electrotechnics
Knowledge of Low Voltage business specifically on Critical power applications and previous experience in sales or commercial tasks
Proficient IT program skills from MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), SAP and case management in Salesforce
A strong customer-focused mindset and willpower that contribute to our future success. In addition, self-motivation, open mind, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies and take ownership as well as a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
