Lead and empower a team to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ambitious goals and analyze sales performance for improvements. Provide ongoing training and nurture a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement. Previous sales experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role. Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital. Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with a proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required. Job Details
