Outside Sales Rep - Wireless Communications & Surveillance Systems Day Wireless Systems is the largest full-service wireless integrator in the West. What You’ll Be Doing

Hunt for new business by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, site visits, trade shows, referrals, and industry events.

Understand customer needs through site visits and discovery meetings to tailor solutions that deliver value.

Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that communicate the benefits of our wireless communication systems.

Close deals by coordinating with leadership and credit teams to price, structure contracts, and finalize sales agreements that meet customer and company goals.

Provide customer training and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Maintain CRM records, including lead tracking, forecasts, territory plans, and performance updates.

Strategically develop your territory through targeted outreach, repeat business, and referral generation.

What You Bring To The Table Experience & Education

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in communications, technology, or a related industry.

A degree or certificate in sales, communications, or technical training is helpful — but hustle, people skills, and drive matter most.

Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.

Excellent communication and presentation skills — in person and virtually.

Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage a pipeline and hit targets.

Basic understanding of radio systems and wireless communications (training provided).

Valid driver’s license for client site visits and travel within your territory.
