Your Role:
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Manager to drive business growth in residential and commercial markets across Oregon and Washington. This hands‑on role combines prospecting new clients, closing deals, and managing accounts. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with property owners, developers, general contractors, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new residential and commercial projects
Generate leads through calls, site visits, networking, and digital outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations
Negotiate terms and secure signed contracts
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
Track opportunities and report progress to company leadership
Achieve or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in construction
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction and exterior solutions (Siding, Stucco, EIFS, Sheet Metal, Waterproofing)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to prospect, network, and close deals independently
Highly self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑driven
Ability to travel within Oregon & Washington (valid driver’s license required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
