Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid Remote
Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.
Responsibilities
Provide timely quotes and respond to client inquiries.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and support account growth.
Manage client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients to secure favorable rates and terms.
Handle new business submissions and renewals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Quote, bind, and issue policies as required, coordinating with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Oversee overall account management, including service coordination and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience with commercial lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
Experience maintaining client relationships.
Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters for best rates.
Experience handling new and renewal submissions.
Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Requirements
Proven customer service and sales skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
Property & Casualty License.
