Personal Insurance Client Service Manager - Hybrid Remote Responsibilities
Provide timely quotes for personal lines customers and recognize cross-selling opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service for personal lines clients. Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates. Handle new and renewal submissions. Quote, bind, and issue policies as applicable. Work with multiple carriers and rating systems. Overall account management. Qualifications
Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting. Experience maintaining client relationships. Ability to handle new and renewal submissions; negotiate with underwriters for best rates. Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies. Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems. Strong customer service and sales skills; excellent organizational abilities. Requirements
