Organize, file, and track large amounts of electronic and hard-copy documentation. High-volume data entry, including work orders, purchase orders, and invoices, with a detail-oriented approach. Assist with daily office and project site needs. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable document preparation. Answer and direct phone calls. Interface with other department administrators and vendor contacts. Cross training with other office team members. Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience
Experience processing accounts payable or receivable invoices preferred. Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment preferred. Understanding of DOT, DMV, and DEQ regulations related to fleet management preferred. Professional experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred. Position Related Skills
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams); general understanding of working within a computer network. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a cooperative attitude. Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. Ability to work well in a large professional setting with professionalism and patience. Strong team player with ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels. Physical And Mental Requirements
Standing/Walking/Sitting: combination of sitting/walking and standing; ability to climb stairs. Hands/Arms: constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use. Vision: ability to read and analyze data and documents; operate a computer terminal. Hearing: able to hear conversational levels and alarms. Speech: able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone. Lift/Carry: minimal. Bending/Twisting/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: minimal. Mental alertness, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and solve problems. Plan, organize, and prioritize work; read/write/speak English; communicate with coworkers.
