Overview
Air Import Supervisor (Korean Bilingual)
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and process express air shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with airlines, last-mile service providers (e.g., FedEx and DHL), and other vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their air freight needs efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate trucking dispatch operations for smooth movement of goods from air terminals to final delivery points.
Generate and manage billing invoices through the system, dispatch AR invoices to customers, and handle AP invoices from vendors in coordination with the accounting team.
Address customer inquiries and provide top-tier support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Provide regular operational updates to the manager on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
