This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position embodies that ambition, as you will own and be responsible for selling and executing across various categories accounting for $118MM in revenue with Kroger as a vital member of the Customer Sales Team. The CSM serves as the key stakeholder between Kraft Heinz and our retail partners, leading all selling activities and driving efforts tied to improving our sales, gross margin and market share. The CSM aims to deliver revenue and share objectives, pursue business strategies for growth, provide category management expertise, and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives. Responsibilities

Owns the Kroger General Office relationship across the Kraft Heinz Coffee and Pasta Sauce portfolio, ensuring joint winning plans to be an indispensable partner. Part of a winning Kroger team that focuses on growth, ideation and building the future business in a sustainable way. Effectively partner with the customer, building rapport at all levels to fully understand their business, the marketplace, and affect positive business growth. Achieve New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, and Base Business Objectives: Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, Optimal Shelving. Achieve promotional revenue objectives by tactic, price point, Drive Period and Selling Event while effectively implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories. Develops, tracks, analyzes, and evaluates business plans while leveraging cross-functional support via Business Unit/HQ, customer strategies/initiatives and external factors. Drive efficient and effective trade programs to deliver the best value and administer volume and trade promotion spending levels within budget while handling trade dollars as a percent of revenue for maximum results. Applies insight information (IRI, Stratum, M6), both internal and external, to build total customer profits and plans. Communicates and influences implementation of business plans to enable superior execution across key team members. Drives the Kraft Heinz winning culture both within the office, as well as within their respective responsibilities. Qualifications

Proven and tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management. Strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes (forecasting, promo planning, trade management, multi-year strategy development). Proven skills embodying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling to achieve objectives. Trusted to work autonomously within a sales framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities. Clear examples of polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc. Clear examples of strong analytical skills; ability to use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influences customer to achieve category objectives. New Hire Base Salary Range:

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate\'s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
