Recruiting Partner with Digital Sales, ADP
— Hiring in Tucson, AZ ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. You will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more, across a range of companies from Fortune 100 to small, innovative businesses. You will provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business. ADP is known for high-quality sales training and will teach you how to leverage the latest technology to set you up for success. Daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set are provided by your leader to help you start strong. As you prove yourself, you will enjoy autonomy and flexibility within a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), virtual appointments, and no travel responsibilities, along with uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a collaborative, respected tech company. Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients. Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, maintaining high ethical standards. To Succeed in This Role
Required Qualifications: You learn new tools quickly and use insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout the buying journey. Positive Self-Starter: You have an upbeat, proactive approach and can manage time effectively while leveraging go-to-market technology. Continuous Learner: You are committed to ongoing learning and improvement. Education: A college degree is not required if you have the relevant skills; acceptable alternate experiences include two or more years of sales experience or a sales internship, and military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and relationship-building.
