Overview

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. You will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses. You'll provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business. Our sales training is strong, and we teach you how to use the latest technology to set you up for success. What you can expect: daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set to start strong, with autonomy and flexibility as you settle into the role. The position offers a set Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, virtual appointments, travel not required, uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable, respected tech company. Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while upholding high ethical standards. To Succeed in This Role

Acumen Using New Tools. Quick learner of new tools and technology; use insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects. Positive Self-Starter. Upbeat, persistent, proactive outreach; manage time and present ideas clearly while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process. Continuous Learner. Always learning and seeking improvements. Education. A college degree is great but not required; what matters is the ability to perform the job. If no degree, acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality help build relationships and achieve success.
