Job Description: Opportunity: Grow Your Career This role supports store management in executing administrative functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience through engagement, store cleanliness, and organization. The position models outstanding customer service. Creates a positive experience for internal and external customers Promotes honesty, integrity, and confidentiality Participates in hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and reference checks Maintains Associate personnel files Handles daily cash office functions and standards Assists with scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory management Ensures proper Associate coverage and responds to coverage needs Supports the execution of store tasks according to plan, prioritizing effectively Communicates clearly with management and Associates about priorities and progress Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback Partners with Management on training needs Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards Promotes credit, loyalty programs, and shrink reduction initiatives Who We’re Looking For: You.
