Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships, ensuring homes and families are protected. Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver using training to recommend the best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs. Prospect new business and handle assigned leads with support from a robust advertising budget for leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on findings, addressing questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized (training provided).

We Offer

Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. During the initial training period (first 90 days), compensation is $23 per hour. After licensure, the position transitions to an exempt structure with base salary plus commission. Qualifications
