Responsibilities
Coach small group fitness classes with a max of 8 people. Offering personalized coaching and modifications to fit the client's needs. Small group classes range in theme from kettlebells, power lifting, cardio, circuit training, foam rolling and more.
Team members use the class template and have the chance to create their own class workout and playlist. Classes range from lifting, circuit training, rowing and weights, functional movement, kettlebells, and more.
There is also opportunity to coach clients one on one in addition to small group classes.
Qualifications
Current Personal Training and CPR/AED certification (required).
