Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is looking for experienced and motivated coaches to lead programming in the Children’s Athletics department. You will call the plays, encourage development and learning, and above all, ensure our members and their kids have the best sports experience. As an LSF Coach you will embody our culture to inspire, teach and motivate our young members. This position requires Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Qualifications
Motivational and inspirational to athletes to improve their skills Knowledgeable about the skills of basketball Excellent communication skills with players, parents, and program coordinators Positive role model Lead groups of youth players in organized drills, games, and scrimmages Be passionate about creating positive environments and experiences for children Have an outgoing, energetic attitude, and be confident in teaching, leading, and facilitating discussions with children ages 3 - 13 years old Experience working with children of a variety of ages, abilities, and personalities
