Concierge Security Supervisor
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor located in Louisville, KY.
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Hourly wage of $18 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, holidays, disability, life insurance. Uniform provided at no cost.
Responsibilities
Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
Managing access control.
Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks.
Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
Answering questions in person or by phone.
Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns.
Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
State license if required.
Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
