GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Seattle, Washington. This full‑time position focuses on customer service and security across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests to appropriate locations.
Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
Answer questions in person or by phone.
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S. with documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
Exceptional customer service skills and basic phone & computer proficiency.
High‑level screening process, including background check and drug screening.
Security, military, law enforcement experience is a plus.
State security license if required.
