Corporate Trainer, Operations (Chesterfield, MO) — Chesterfield, MO Blink Health is a healthcare technology company focused on making prescription drugs more accessible and affordable. We scale in a highly complex vertical to change how Americans access the prescription drugs they need. Our platform and services include telemedicine and home delivery to provide a life-changing experience for patients and to improve the prescription supply chain. Our Patient Services team leads customer service and pharmacy operations to deliver an excellent experience for customers while scaling efficiently. What You’ll Do
Deliver comprehensive instructor-led training programs, including onboarding, technical skills training, and soft skills development, in-person and virtually Ensure Operations teams have the resources to excel and delight patients, prescribers, and partners Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes Ensure curriculum is properly aligned and assigned in the learning management system (LMS). Conduct quality assurance checks on content Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide feedback to leadership, and adjust live facilitation as needed Circulate content updates in a digestible and impactful manner in collaboration with management and teams Partner with training peers and stakeholders across Operations to align, brainstorm ideas, and foster collaboration Remain knowledgeable about Blink Health products to be a constant resource Stay updated with the latest training techniques, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery What You’ll Need
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role in a contact center, hub pharmacy, or similar environment Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center or hub pharmacy as an agent or technician is a plus Proactive work ethic and a willingness to learn Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Ability to design low-complexity training activities, develop protocols, and edit content Interest in Learning & Development Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex tools Strong feedback and coaching skills (preferred) Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Located in Chesterfield, Missouri Why Join Us
