Welcome every guest with impeccable professionalism, providing a consultative approach tailored to their lifestyle and preferences. Present our curated inventory of high-line vehicles, articulating each vehicle’s craftsmanship, performance, and prestige. Orchestrate an engaging and elevated test drive experience that brings each model to life. Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations at every touch-point. Maintain expert-level product knowledge across all brands, including updates on technology, performance, and luxury enhancements. Foster long-term client relationships through consistent communication, bespoke service, and an exceptional post-sale experience. Liaise seamlessly with our service and finance departments to ensure a truly comprehensive and effortless ownership journey. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference for high-line or ultra-luxury vehicle clientele. Proven ability to achieve and surpass individual performance targets in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Polished, professional presence with elevated communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport. A passion for luxury automobiles and the lifestyle they represent. Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and drive vehicles for extended periods of time. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Saturday, 45-55 hours per week). Benefits
