Senior Associate Attorney
with deep experience in matrimonial and family law. Brooklyn, NY Duties:
Represent clients in complex, contested matrimonial and family law matters Manage litigation including motion practice, hearings, trials, and depositions Conduct financial discovery and analysis including net worth statements and equitable distribution Handle custody, visitation, and support proceedings Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and agreements Develop litigation strategies and case plans Supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in matrimonial and family law Substantial courtroom and trial experience Ability to manage a high-conflict caseload independently Proven experience with financial and custody-related matters Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications:
Admission to practice in the State of New York (required) Skills:
