Handle construction law matters, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
Represent contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
Apply strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Maintain strong client communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications
3-7 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
Experience representing various industry participants in dispute resolution and court proceedings.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
Strong written and verbal advocacy, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
