Represent clients in construction-related matters, including arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings. Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements. Qualifications
3-7 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance. Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations. Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing. What you bring / Attributes
