3-7 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance. Expertise
Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes. Skilled in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements. Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations. Job Stability
Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment. Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders. Problem-Solving
