Join gpac as a Construction Law Attorney in the Tampa area. You will contribute to a thriving practice dedicated to resolving complex construction-related legal matters. Responsibilities
Contribute to a practice focused on resolving complex construction-related legal matters.
Assist with litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and compliance in construction matters.
What We're Looking For
3-7 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Expertise
Proficiency handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Job Stability
Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
Problem-Solving
