Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities and Qualifications Are you a skilled Construction Law Attorney with 3-7 years of experience? Our client in the Tampa area is looking for you. You would be contributing to a thriving practice dedicated to resolving complex construction-related legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a firm that values professionalism, expertise, and results-driven advocacy.
3-7 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
Skilled in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to craft tailored solutions for complex construction law matters.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering exceptional legal services.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
