As a Poker Tournament Floor Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the action in our bustling Poker Room, ensuring that employees thrive as they deliver exceptional service to all our guests! Your leadership will guide the daily activities of the team, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere where players feel valued and excited to be part of the game. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for poker and a commitment to excellence, we want you to join our energetic team! THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise assigned operational functions of the Poker Tournament consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives Facilitate and operate daily poker tournaments, greet players and maintain the Poker games seating list Explain games and procedures, and assist the guests with any necessary requests Solicit feedback from employees and ideas and suggestions from guests for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure the company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment Resolve guest and employee complaints, escalate to Tournament Manager if needed Maintain table game signage; replace old signs and create new ones per the request of Poker Tournament personnel Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes Adhere to the company’s status quo third party representation philosophy, complies with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a similar role THE PERKS & BENEFITS:

$25.00 This is a tip eligible position. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
