Operate within the Eastern 37 states on regional van truckload lanes. Maintain maximum drive time with consistent freight and minimal downtime. Follow dispatch in advance for planning; handle 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Pay and bonuses
Average pay: $1,060-$1,300 weekly Mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty (not driving); weekly performance pay. Sign-on bonuses: $6,000 for experienced drivers; $3,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year. Mileage incentive: potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goals. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training). HazMat endorsement preferred. Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities. Benefits
