We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well‑positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

Job Summary The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
Learn and utilize internal industry‑leading technology offerings.
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
Qualifications
Microsoft Office proficiency: proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Energetic and motivated: highly energetic, motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
Proactive and resourceful: proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
Results‑oriented: must be results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and team‑oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Driver’s License: must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
