For this role, we seek individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and keep clients informed about new solutions to improve their business with EquipmentShare. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct sales presentations for prospective and existing customers. Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment.
