As a Stanton Optical Sales Manager you would be our sales leader, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance while creating a positive, results-driven team atmosphere. By training you and encouraging you to take ownership of the role, you will be empowered to support store operations, train and coach associates, foster a strong partnership with the Clinical team and Lab Staff, leading to frequent exposure with Senior Leadership, and more. Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering an outstanding customer service experience. Support Brand Manager duties, frequently acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives: Support store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, partnering with Recruiting, and training new team members with ongoing development plans. Build a strong partnership with Clinical services. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff achieve goals. Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources. Ensure proper lab production to achieve Now Service and Ready When Promised. Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Maintain brand standards in the lab area and notify management of equipment issues or order problems. Monitor delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance. Other duties as assigned and required. Key Qualifications
At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment Effective communication with a diverse group of people Are you the perfect fit?
