You will assist in aligning the entire team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills will influence the client and associate experience. Your daily presence on the sales floor will drive excellence in client experiences, provide in-the-moment coaching to associates, and help shape store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues to drive revenue. You will be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. Responsibilities
Lead by example to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. Provide in-the-moment coaching and development for associates. Shape and execute store strategies to build relationships with clients and team members. Ensure effective communication flows within the team. Role model integrity, collaboration, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with strong teamwork and results. College or post-secondary degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate the team. Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends. Foreign language skills (e.g., Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are considered a strong asset. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $20.00 plus the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on brand, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience. Availability of benefits and perks may depend on work location and employment type and may have eligibility requirements.
