What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
Build and manage a high-performing revenue team focused on new sales and channel management
Implement value-selling frameworks throughout the entire buyer’s journey
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in achieving revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of leadership experience within a sales/revenue function
Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of building and leading sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth
Experience selling into Mid Market and Large Enterprises, with deal sizes of $20-100k+ ARR
Must be authorized to work in Canada, the USA, the UK, or Western EU
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience scaling a company from $25M to over $50M ARR
Strong experience using Salesforce and sales outreach tools
Experience with acquisitions and integrations of companies/products post-acquisition
Ability to lead a geographically dispersed team
Demonstrable success selling to C-suite economic buyers in Enterprise accounts
