What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate new direct sales of the employer's SaaS-based software solutions while nurturing relationships and closing complex deals
Manage the entire West Coast market, leveraging inbound marketing leads and developing outbound opportunities
Execute strategic planning and lead generation initiatives through various channels including events and seminars
Present product solutions to prospects and generate compelling sales proposals
Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation teams for optimal customer experience during pre/post-sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or related fields
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in enterprise product sales
Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent written and communication skills to effectively understand customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in value-based selling methodologies
Passion for collaboration and team building within a sales organization
Capacity to execute quickly with a sense of urgency and professional excellence
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities for driving new business growth
