Corpay is currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager within our North American Trucking division. This position is based in Nashville, TN, and falls under our Corpay line of business. You will serve as the primary client services contact responsible for supporting retention, client satisfaction, and issue resolution for your assigned accounts. Your role involves assisting with all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services. You will be managing a portfolio of customers, understanding, and resolving issues related to the products and services they utilize. You will report directly to the Account Manager supervisor and collaborate with various departments regularly. How We Work

The responsibilities include: Acting as the main liaison for assigned clients, providing responsive account support, problem resolution, and data analysis Handling inbound communication from clients professionally and urgently Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for your clients Leading regular check-ins and scheduled calls to review performance and provide training Making recommendations or advocating on behalf of the customer Anticipating client needs and proactively presenting solutions Monitoring service levels through client feedback and identifying improvement opportunities Collaborating with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently Identifying potential development opportunities with sales or leadership Ensuring client retention and satisfaction through engagement and high-quality service Managing time and resources to meet productivity goals Troubleshooting client issues and coordinating resolution Continuously developing professionally and leveraging internal tools Promoting operational excellence and participating in new tools and procedures development Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4 years of call center or customer service experience Experience in account management or client-facing roles preferred Ability to manage a high-volume client base with personalized service High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce familiarity is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Superior customer service skills and quick issue resolution ability Proactive and self-directed in managing priorities Benefits & Perks
