Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence within our sales organization. The SVP will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, business development, and revenue generation, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional leadership, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver transformative business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and implement a forward-looking sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and market share objectives. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across markets and industries. Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Lead initiatives to expand into emerging markets and untapped verticals. Oversee sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency. Partner with marketing, product development, and customer success teams. Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance. Manage sales budgets and ensure ROI. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand reputation. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred. 15+ years of sales leadership experience, including senior roles. Experience leading large, dispersed sales teams. Success in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise deals. Strong strategic planning, market expansion, and organizational skills. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with sales technology and CRM platforms. Willing to travel extensively.
