Small Format Chain Sales – Alliance Beverage Distributing LLC
Join the Alliance Beverage team as a Small Format Chain Sales rep. Manage territory, drive sales, and build strong retailer relationships.
Primary Function Sales reps solicit orders for all products listed in their book from each retail account. They also sell retailers business‑building ideas, apply in‑store merchandising principles, and manage territory to maximize sales for the supplier, distributor, and retail accounts.
Major Responsibilities
Customer Relations : Establish rapport, handle complaints, and resolve delinquent payments.
Business Development : Identify new opportunities, present fact‑based proposals, and overcome objections.
Account Maintenance : Keep shelves organized, maintain inventory, and submit accurate orders.
Quality Assurance : Maintain quality ratings, use DOT rotation and move policy, and manage damaged product.
Distribution & Displays : Face product properly, place displays, and use current POS.
Pricing & POS : Ensure correct pricing and promote products with POS material.
Professional Development : Expand product knowledge, selling skills, and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to customer locations.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to obtain an LCC license.
Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
Physical ability to stand on hard surface, lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
