Job Description : As a Sales Supervisor, you will create outstanding client experiences, mentor and inspire your team, and lead by example. You will build meaningful relationships with clients, deliver inspirational and personalized service, and drive sales and customer loyalty. Leadership & Team Development : Lead by example, coach and mentor associates, and foster a high-performing team culture. Client Experience & Sales : Build strong client relationships, provide expert styling guidance, and achieve personal sales targets. Store Operations & Presentation : Maintain selling floor standards, oversee product replenishment, and handle customer concerns professionally. Operational Excellence : Support back-of-house processes, drive sales and KPI success, and assist with opening/closing procedures. Requirements : 1-2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background. You should be passionate about fashion, a natural leader, and a strong communicator.
