Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system Collaborate across departments to tailor solutions that meet customer needs Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative and value-based approach Experience selling to C-level executives and identifying their business challenges Ability to develop and execute account plans effectively Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to manage change How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
