Responsibilities
Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
Lead the sales process from account planning through deal closing and renewal for companies with revenues under $500M
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address customer needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and selling complex software solutions
Experience with high-velocity sales and a consultative, value-based selling approach
Ability to engage and sell to C-level executives and navigate detailed sales processes
Capable of developing and executing effective account plans
Preferred Qualifications
College degree preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience in land and expand sales strategies
