As a Real Estate Salesperson on our team, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact and follow up with new buyer leads. While previous real estate experience is not required, a New York State Real Estate Salesperson license or current enrollment in a NY Real Estate Salesperson course is a must. Strong attention to detail, excellent people skills, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team are key attributes we''re looking for in our new team member. Spanish language skills are highly valued and will be a plus in your application, but not necessary to be considered. Responsibilities

Initiate contact with new buyer leads generated through various marketing channels. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings according to our systems and processes. Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers. Assist buyers in their property search, providing guidance and support. Coordinate and schedule property viewings for clients. Keep up-to-date with market trends, neighborhood sales data, and property listings. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service. Any and all of the traditional responsibilities of a licensed real estate salesperson in NYC. Qualifications

New York State Real Estate Salesperson license or imminent intent to become licensed. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter with a strong eagerness to learn. Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle (preferred, but not required). Must be authorized to work in the United States. What We Offer
