Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales campaigns aimed at converting existing accounts to CSP customers. Leverage data-driven insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts. Track and manage opportunities within CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up and deal closure. Service Delivery Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for all CSP-related inquiries and requests from assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptly. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics related to account conversions, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
