The role Job Summary As a Digital Sales Account Manager (Hunter), your primary goal is to identify and convert existing accounts into Cloud Service Provider (CSP) customers with the longer-term objective of identifying net new logos for SoftwareOne. You will leverage your sales expertise to uncover new opportunities within these accounts, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. This position is located on-site in Nashville, TN. Role & Responsibilities Account Hunting:

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts to uncover unmet needs and present new SoftwareOne solutions. Collaborate with account managers and presales teams to convert opportunities into new sales. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer retention. Customer Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and present tailored CSP solutions. Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement targeted sales campaigns to convert existing accounts to CSP customers. Leverage data-driven insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts. Track and manage opportunities within CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up and deal closure. Service Delivery Excellence:

Serve as the primary point of contact for CSP-related inquiries and requests from assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptly. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor key metrics related to account conversions, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Client Advocacy:

Represent client interests to internal teammates, acting as a trusted advocate. Promote client success stories and best practices to inspire confidence and drive referrals. Organizational Alignment The Digital Sales AM (Hunter) reports to the Digital Sales Director, AM Hunters. Ensure alignment with sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expansion within the SME customer segment. Foster collaboration with Pre-Sales teams to ensure flawless customer engagement and successful outcomes. What we need to see from you What you offer Located in Nashville, TN (or willingness to relocate) 2-3+ years of sales experience with proven ability to hunt within existing accounts as well as net new logos Knowledge of SoftwareOne’s service offerings with the ability to articulate the advantages of converting Enterprise Agreements (EAs) to CSPs Strong verbal communication and negotiation Customer onboarding and handling Relationship building Resilience and ability to handle rejection Experience with CRM systems is a bonus Key Sales Competencies & Behaviors (Generating Opportunities, Understanding Client Needs, Developing Relationships, Delivering Value Propositions, Overcoming Objections, Teaching & Advising, Navigating the Deal) demonstrated through the Company’s Competency Assessment The preceding job profile is a general description and not a comprehensive inventory of duties.
