Service Parts Specialist
to support their Inside Sales and Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone with an
industrial, mechanical, or parts background
who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time Support key accounts with pricing, availability, and order status updates Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues Track shipments, manage parts inventory, and ensure timely deliveries Assist in maintaining customer records and internal documentation Provide responsive phone/email support for parts-related inquiries Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
industrial, mechanical, or parts sales/support Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with basic computer systems (ERP experience a plus) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Why Apply
