Parts Sales Coordinator
Wales, WI (On-site) | $21/hr + Benefits | Monday–Friday Overview:
We’ve partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the Wales area seeking a detail-oriented Parts Sales Coordinator to join their customer support and service team. This full-time role blends sales support, parts coordination, and customer service, providing stability and cross-functional exposure across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming parts orders, prepare invoices, and manage related documentation Support key accounts by reviewing orders, confirming pricing, and tracking shipments Coordinate with engineering and production teams on service issues and product information Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, returns, delivery timelines, and technical issues Maintain accurate inventory levels, issue returns/credits, and update internal records Use internal systems and shipping platforms to process orders, generate BOLs, and monitor delivery status Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for documentation and service workflows Support internal reporting, price book updates, and warranty claims Collaborate regularly with purchasing, engineering, and finance departments What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or order management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with order processing, shipping/receiving, or inventory preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE when entering production areas Strong verbal and written communication skills Why Join:
