Biosimilar Regional Account Manager - New Jersey (Remote)

We are the leading manufacturer of generic medicines with products on the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines List, operating across nearly 60 countries. This role focuses on biosimilars within Teva’s product portfolio, with additional product responsibilities in the generic and innovative medicine portfolios. The BRAM will identify and develop relationships with customer targets, implement product access strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive sales in alignment with defined targets and product strategies. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to compliance, travel, and policy requirements. Responsibilities
Execute strategies to achieve national and regional goals and quotas within the assigned area Maintain knowledge of biosimilars, specialty, and generic pharmaceutical industries, including contracting, wholesale channels, pricing structures, reimbursement, market access, and related processes Understand formulary and P&T processes for clinics, IDNs, and specialty pharmacies to support formulary access for Teva products Enter all account and customer activity into the Teva CRM system (Veeva) daily Penetrate assigned customer targets at all levels to build strategic relationships Analyze the region as a business unit and prepare/present quarterly business reviews Collaborate with National Accounts, Marketing, and Management to achieve distribution and sales objectives Promote Teva products professionally while adhering to compliance and policy requirements Record account information and competitive intelligence using available resources Qualifications
Education/Certification/Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing, or at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in buy & bill market, preferably biosimilars Experience in hospital or IDN markets preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Proven track record of sales success and strong business acumen Knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement and 340B Strong negotiation skills Strategic thinking and ability to execute strategy Experience in delivering and executing contracts Travel
Up to 50% travel Resident within 60 miles of the workload center in the assigned territory Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods May require PPE during site visits (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves) Compensation and Benefits
Annual starting salary between $148,000 and $194,000, depending on geography, skills, education, and experience Eligible for participation in the sales incentive plan based on defined targets Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, time off, and additional benefits Equal Employment Opportunity
