Maisons, Marques & Domaines USA, Inc. is seeking an engaged contributor to join our team as an
Order Entry & Sales Support Specialist . We are looking for someone to bring energy and passion to the role. The position reports to the Director of Procurement and interacts regularly with the sales team, distributors, and accounting. This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position with benefits based in Oakland, reporting to the office Monday-Friday. Job duties include: Order Processing (~80%) Identify coding for each item, including wine brand and vintage Process orders in Dynamics SL Confirm receipt of distributor orders and record them Communicate outages and future availability Upload orders to third-party warehouses Maintain inventory and allocation files Logistics & Compliance (~20%) Coordinate and release distributor orders Coordinate inventory receipt with warehouses by providing shipment information Provide import documents to distributors' customs brokers Other Tasks: Serve as backup to Sales Services Administrator Work with Inventory & Revenue Accountant to reconcile inventory issues Assist distributors with pricing/shipment issues Price coding by sales channels (annually) Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) ERP experience, MS Dynamics SL preferred Accounting background a plus Effective time management and self-accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills High energy and outgoing personality Experience in the wine industry preferred Inventory allocation experience preferred Understanding of industry compliance and willingness to learn Minimum 2 years of customer service and data entry experience Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 Full healthcare package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Flexible spending account Free parking Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
