We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to cover the structural pest management & fumigation markets. Candidate must have a 4-year degree (in biological sciences) or 5 years experience (management or sales) in Structural Pest Management. Must possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts in the Western United States for structural pest management and fumigation markets. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and stakeholders; use consultative selling techniques. Meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth within the territory. Travel within the territory; operate with a home-office setup and varying daily locations (Sacramento and surrounding areas). Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management or sales in structural pest management/vector, or a 4-year college degree in biological sciences. Outgoing, energetic and persistent; excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor; comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups. Proficient computer skills: internet, email, contact management software and smartphone operation. Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual is a plus. QAL, SPCB License required or must be obtained while employed. Benefits
