Join Lux Quartz Vietnam Co., Ltd as a founding
Outside Sales Rep
to lead our new trade‑first quartz warehouse in Houston. Your mission is to
presell 50–70% of each container before arrival , place 7‑day pairholds, convert them into purchase orders, maintain price discipline, and build strong relationships with fabricators, countertop installers, and kitchen/bath dealers.
What You’ll Do
Make 10–12 shop calls per week to fabricators and kitchen & bath dealers.
Run simple events such as Coffee & Holds / Container Preview.
Manage holds, ETAs, and customer updates via CRM & WhatsApp.
Onboard accounts, coordinate routes, and ensure clean claims.
What You Bring
2+ years B2B outside sales experience in stone slabs, tile, quartz, granite, countertops, or building materials.
Comfortable working in a slab yard (PPE, early hours, occasional Saturday AM).
Clean driving record; proficient with WhatsApp/text, CRM, and Google Sheets.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Existing fabricator network in the Houston area is a big plus.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Pre‑sell coverage per container 50–70% before arrival; Hold→PO conversion ≥70% within 7 days.
Price discipline: ≥85% of lines at/above everyday price; 0% below floor (manager exceptions only on aged/Yard‑Finds).
New‑account activations: 8–12 in first 60 days with ≥4‑slab first orders; DSO ≤30; ≥40% COD mix.
Compensation
Base: $55k – $70k DOE
Commission: 3% on GP (at/above everyday price)
Launch spiff: $10 per slab on converted holds (first 60 days)
Car allowance, phone stipend, and health benefits
Territory 50‑mile radius from our NW Houston hub (Hempstead/Brittmoore/W. Little York; West Belt 77043 corridor).
