Together, we serve and impact our community through our Fountain Valley Store, supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program. Responsibilities
Greet customers and donors, providing prompt, courteous assistance.
Stock and merchandise items on the sales floor.
Maintain store and donation area cleanliness and organization.
Follow POS/Cash Register policies and procedures.
Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Attend monthly store meetings.
Unload and stock incoming inventory accurately.
Inspect products for defects and damages.
Assist donors with item removal and provide receipts.
Sort and stack donated materials properly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately.
Pass background check including criminal and sex offender registry.
Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive motions.
Accommodations available as needed.
Additional Details Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as store operates 7 days/week.
